The deadlines for dinner reservations, hotel reservations at the group rate and early registrations have passed. You can still register for the meeting, Major Degree, golf, and Saturday events only.

Friday, October 3rd: 10:00 AM Golf at St.James Plantation

3:00 PM Check-in time at the Wingate by Wyndham Hotel
3:00 PM Registration begins in the hotel’s Hospitality Room.
***Room number information will be available at the Wyndham Hotel front desk.
The room rate is $109 plus taxes per couple, plus an additional $10 for each person. Free parking and breakfast are included. Please use Group Code Block ID: 358474, Block Code: 100325AOH. The deadline for the group rate is September 19th. Friday evening- dinner on your own.

Saturday, October 4th:

8:45 AM AOH & LAOH Noon Convention Sessions at
Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Rooms will open at 8:30 am.
5269 Dosher Cutoff SE, Southport, 1 mile from the hotel.

Noon Break for lunch, local tours, or free time on your own.

1:00 PM AOH Major Degree AOH (until 3:30)
1:00 PM Brunswick Town Tour
1:00 PM Oak Island Lighthouse Tour
2:30 PM NC Maritime Museum Tour
5:00 PM Mass at Sacred Heart Catholic Church
6:30 PM Banquet, Brunswick Center at Southport, NC, across from the Wingate by Wyndham Hotel at 1513 N Howe St, Suite 1, Southport
Buffet Dinner: Roasted Chicken Breast, Herb Roasted Pork Tenderloin, 3 Cheese Macaroni, Southern Style Green Beans, Roasted Root Vegetables, Mixed Green Salad, Yeast Rolls,  Assorted Cakes and Cookies, and beer, wine, and soda.Music by Jerry McCarthy.
